We build it with regular checkpoints
Development happens in agreed stages. You see working increments — not a final reveal six weeks later. If anything needs adjusting at a checkpoint, we discuss it before it affects the scope or cost.
You receive the working application
We deliver the application, its source code, and its documentation by email or download link. We walk you through how it works. The 30-day support window starts on delivery.

You receive a fixed-scope quote before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay — no hourly billing, no open-ended invoices.
Common questions
Most projects complete in 4–8 weeks from scope approval. Simpler tools (internal admin panels, single-purpose utilities) can be delivered in 2–4 weeks. Complex multi-user applications with multiple integrations take longer and we'll state the timeline in the scope document.
No. You describe the problem and the outcome you need. We produce the technical specification as part of the scoping process. If you already have wireframes, a brief, or a document describing what you need, send it — it helps. But it's not required.
Yes. The source code is yours. We deliver it to you as part of the project deliverables. You can host it wherever you choose and modify it in the future without needing to come back to us (though we're available for ongoing support if you want it).
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are handled at no extra cost. If you want to add functionality that was not in the original scope, we discuss it, price it separately, and you approve the change in writing before we proceed.
We build web applications that work on mobile browsers. We do not currently build native iOS or Android applications. If your project requires a native app, we will tell you in the scoping process.
The technology depends on the project requirements. We build primarily in PHP, JavaScript, and use established databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). For the buyer, this detail lives in the scope document — you don't need to choose a technology stack. We choose what fits the project.
