That's common and we do it regularly. You'll need to provide API credentials or access tokens for any services the script connects to. We'll list what we need in the scope document.
We document how to schedule the script (cron job setup for Linux, Windows Task Scheduler for Windows, etc.). If you need us to configure the scheduling on your server as part of the project, we can include that in the scope — just mention it when you request the quote.
